The National Honor Society
National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its beginning in 1921. Students in grades 10, 11, and 12 are eligible for induction into the National Honor Society. The committee bases its selection on excellence in scholarship, service, leadership, and character.
Student Council
Student Council is an opportunity for students to develop servant leadership skills. The Student Council's mission is to serve the student body of WSCA by planning events and creating a community of lifting one another up among the student body. Students who have a heart for service and creative ideas for building up our community should apply. Student Council exists to improve and lead the student body with honor and integrity.

Student Council
Middle School Student Council is designed for students who seek to represent Christ, be a positive role model for their peers, and flex their creativity in creating a stronger community in the WSCA Middle School. Students interested in Middle School Student Council can expect a varied leadership role among their fellow peers. Although its primary purpose is to plan fun events throughout the school year, student council representatives have also served needs revolving around morning announcements, being student ambassadors, and representing their peers when interacting with faculty and staff. Some events that Middle School Student Council has planned (and run) in the past include dodgeball tournaments, game shows, field days, and even off-campus roller skating!

Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run is an after-school program for 3rd–5th grade girls that builds confidence, connection, and healthy habits through a blend of physical activity and life-skills lessons. With the support of volunteer coaches, participants learn to manage emotions, build friendships, and show empathy. The season concludes with a Community Impact Project and a celebratory 5K, giving girls a meaningful sense of accomplishment.
Intramural Sports
For elementary students, we offer intramural sports in soccer, basketball, and volleyball.
Afterschool Art Club
Students explore the work and styles of renowned artists such as Monet, Matisse, Klimt, Cézanne, René Magritte, and Paul Klee. Each week introduces a new artist along with a different medium and technique, giving students hands-on experience in a variety of artistic approaches. Along the way, students learn what makes these artists significant, why their work is celebrated, and how their influence continues to shape the art world today.
