Dress Code Update
Beginning January 1, 2027, updated uniform guidelines for West Shore Christian Academy will officially take effect. Only uniform items specifically listed on this page and on approved vendor pages will be permitted. Until that time, both the current and updated dress codes are acceptable, allowing families flexibility during the transition.
Students are expected to maintain a neat, modest, and school-appropriate appearance and to adhere to the West Shore Christian Academy dress code. To ensure accessibility for all families, our gently used Clothing Closet is available at no cost.
What’s Changing
The updated uniform introduces expanded vendor options and additional uniform choices. Families may purchase uniform tops through Artistic Imprints, and approved uniform bottoms from Flynn O’Hara, Lands’ End, French Toast, or Old Navy. These vendors were selected to provide families with clear purchasing options and sizing availability for all grade levels.
A Reminder of the Current Dress Code
Families who wish to continue following the current dress code may do so during the transition period. The current dress code includes solid-colored, collared shirts (polo-style or button-down) with no logos, paired with navy, khaki, black, or gray bottoms. WSCA sweatshirts and hoodies may be worn over dress code clothing.
Please note that certain currently approved uniform items and colors will be phased out and will no longer be permitted beginning January 1, 2027.
Boys’ Uniform Guidelines
- Uniform tops from Artistic Imprints
- Khaki, navy, black, or gray pants or shorts from Flynn O’Hara, Lands’ End, French Toast, or Old Navy School Uniform styles
- Uniform bottoms must be traditional uniform styles and may not include denim, joggers, or athletic materials.
- Last Weekday Only – school sweatpants purchased from Artistic Imprints or approved school spirit wear
- Student athletes may wear school-approved athletic tops on designated days as communicated by coaches or school administration.
Girls’ Uniform Guidelines
- Uniform tops from Artistic Imprints
- Pleated or plain skirts, skorts, pants, shorts, or jumpers (K–4 only) in khaki, navy, black, or gray from Flynn O’Hara, Lands’ End, French Toast, or Old Navy School Uniform styles
- Jeggings are not permitted.
- Last Weekday Only – school sweatpants purchased from Artistic Imprints or approved school spirit wear
- Student athletes may wear school-approved athletic tops on designated days as communicated by coaches or school administration.
School Uniforms
School uniform tops can be purchased from Artistic Imprints.
School uniform bottoms can be purchased from Flynn O’Hara, Lands’ End, French Toast, or Old Navy.
On the last school day of each week, students may wear sweatpants purchased from Artistic Imprints or school-approved spirit wear.
PE Uniforms
Gym uniforms are required for Physical Education classes (4th grade and up).
